“Digital Language Services has used the services of Hendarto Setiadi beginning in July, 2006 to current. Hendarto’s work for us has been primarily translation in the hospitality fields and covers a variety of media. The work has included training programs for multi-media including side-by-side DVD and written content for testing situations. He has also prepared and edited subtitles on our behalf.
The volume of Mr. Setiadi’s work over the years is approximately 300,000 words. The largest single job was in the amount of 42,000 words to be completed over a 16 day period. This work, as is the case for all his assignments, were delivered on time and in the proper form. We require the use of translation tools which he also uses successfully.
Our work with Mr. Setiadi requires end-user validation. The work he has delivered has been well received. Where the client does have requested revisions, they have been assessed and input with professionalism. Over a seven-year working relationship, Mr. Setiadi has returned all work in a timely fashion with very high quality as evidenced by the end-user’s comments.
